Pan Seared Crispy Duck Breast. Simple and Delicious. You can serve with Chef Kats Daikon and Turnip relish or your favorite side dish.


  • 1  Each Duck Breast, boneless skin on
  • 1
  •  As Needed Kosher Salt
  • 2
  •  As Needed Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 3
  •  As Needed Vinaigrette
  • 4


    1. Score the skin on the duck breast (Be careful not to cut into the skin)
    2. Place on a skillet skin side down on medium heat and cook until skin is golden brown
    3. Finish in oven at 350 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes
    4. Let the breast rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
    5. PourĀ vinaigrette over duck breast and garnish with chives



  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Sesame Oil
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tea Spoon(s) Lemon Juice, fresh
  • As Needed Chives for Garnish
  • Directions

    1. Whisk all ingredients together until combined
