Simmered Blackberries with Sugar and Vermouth served with lightly sweetened Fresh Ricotta Cheese. A Simple and versatile dessert or event breakfast!

Directions
- In a sauce pan, simmer berries, vermouth, and sugar until liquid reduces and berries just start to let out juices
- Let mixture cool and reserve in the refrigerator
- mix the ricotta cheese and whipped cream together
- Place ricotta and cream mixture in a glass or bowl and top with chilled berries and syrup
- Garnish with biscotti or any type of light cookie
