Dumplings and Bananas

Description
Dumplings made of flour and water then boiled with green bananas. Delicious, serve with a fish dish like Ackee and Salt Fish.
Ingredients
- 2 Cup(s) Flour
- 1 Cup(s) Water
- 3 Each Bananas, peeled and cut in half
- 1 Pinch Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and gradually add water, mixing together with your hands
- mix in a circular motion until a dough is formed
- Roll dough into small balls then flatten each ball to form a dumpling
- Add dumplings to a pot of salted boiling water then add bananas
- Let cook for 30 minutes
- Remove dumplings and bananas from water and plate up
