Description

Grilled Prawns finished with Garlic and Tomato Sauce. Great to served up with grilled bread to soak up all the great flavors.


Ingredients

  • 6  Each Prawns, Jumbo head on
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Spanish Paprika
  • 3
  •  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 4
  • 1  Cup(s) Tomato Sauce
  • 5
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Garlic Chopped
  • 6
  • 4  Each Bread, Slices Not Loaf Bread
  • 7
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 8
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Fish or Chicken Stock
  • 9
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 10
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Cilantro, roughly chopped

Directions

    1. Season Shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and oil.
    2. Grill on both sides until done.
    3. Season some slices of Italian or any type of crusty bread with olive oil, salt and pepper and Grill to serve with the shrimp.
    4. When Shrimp is just about done, put in pan with olive oil and garlic slices.
    5. When garlic is golden brown pour in your tomato sauce and let flavors mix together then add the cilantro.
    6. mix in some stock and taste to adjust with salt and pepper, finish with butter.
    7. Plate up and garnish with grilled bread.
