Rolled Puff Pastry Dough with sugar rolled into a decorative shape. Baked until cookies are golden brown with caramelized sugar. Easy to make and delicious to eat. You can also turn this cookie into a savory hors d'ouevres by replacing the sugar with your favorite herbs!

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Liberally sprinkle sugar on a clean surface
- Lay pastry sheet on top
- Sprinkle sugar on top of pastry sheet
- Fold each side on the wider side in until both sides meet in the middle
- Push together both ends to tighten
- Cut into 1/2" thick slices and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet atleast 2" apart
- Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, half way through rotate pan and flip cookies to caramelize both sides evenly
- Let cool
