Description
A lush chunky dressing tops these super ripe tomatoes. This preparation can be a meal in itself with the addition of a bit of bread.
Ingredients
- 11 Each Black and Green Olives, pitted & chopped
- 1 Cup(s) Basil, Chopped
- 8 Each Anchovy Filets, chopped
- 1/8 Cup(s) Capers (optional)
- 3 Fluid ounce(s) Olive Oil
- 1 Fluid ounce(s) Good Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Each Tomatoes, large & ripe
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
