Description
Popular Middle-Eastern specialty of chickpeas and spices fried up into balls or patties. Serve in a pita with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, tahini sauce and/or tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- 9 Cup(s) Chick Peas, soaked
- 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Ground Cumin
- 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Ground Coriander
- 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 ½ Tea Spoon(s) Baking Powder
- 2 Each Handfuls of Parsley
- 1 Each Handful of Cilantro
- As Needed Oil (for frying)
