Pinch Salt and Pepper

Directions
- Zest the rind off the grapefruit
- Cut the segments of grapefruit from between the membrane
- Squeeze out the remaining juice into a bowl
- Thinly shave the fennel with a mandoline into the bowl
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix thoroughly and serve
