Ingredients

• 2  Each Fennel Bulbs
1
• 1  Each Grapefruit
2
•  Pinch Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Zest the rind off the grapefruit
2. Cut the segments of grapefruit from between the membrane
3. Squeeze out the remaining juice into a bowl
4. Thinly shave the fennel with a mandoline into the bowl
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Mix thoroughly and serve
