Description

A light and healthy fish recipe. This figure friendly recipe is very low in calories, carbohydrates and fat. It is also very quick and easy to make with no mess involved!


Ingredients

  • 7  Ounce(s) Weight Flounder Filet
  • 1
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Carrots, julienned
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Celery, julienned
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Scallions, julienned
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Yellow Squash, julienned
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 6
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 7
  • 1  Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 8

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F
    2. Transfer flounder to a large piece of parchment paper
    3. Top flounder with julienne vegetables
    4. Season with salt and pepper then drizzle with lemon juice and oil
    5. Take the 2 ends of parchment paper and seal to close
    6. Place on baking dish and bake in oven for 15 minutes
    7. Remove from oven and place on plate
    8. Open bag from the center
    9. Enjoy!
