Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato

Description
So good and easy to make. Colorful dish that everyone will love. Great to serve with garlic knots!
Ingredients
- 10 Ounce(s) Weight Mozzarella, fresh, sliced
- 1 Each Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced
- 10 Each Basil Leaves
- 1/4 Cup(s) Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- To Taste Salt
- ½ Each Red Onion, diced
Directions
- On a plate, place one slice of cheese then tomato and repeat with 4 slices each
- Garnish with 4 basil leaves
- In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil, mix well
- Taste and season with salt and pepper
- Drizzle dressing on top of tomatoes and mozzarella
- Take the rest of the cheese, tomatoes and and cut into large cubes
- Take the rest of the basil and cut into strips
- mix all ingredients together with the rest of your dressing.
- Lay mixture on the side of the slices of mozzarella and tomatoes
