So good and easy to make. Colorful dish that everyone will love. Great to serve with garlic knots!


  • 10  Ounce(s) Weight Mozzarella, fresh, sliced
  • 1
  • 1  Each Beef Steak Tomatoes, sliced
  • 2
  • 10  Each Basil Leaves
  • 3
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5
  •  To Taste Salt
  • 6
  • ½  Each Red Onion, diced
  • 7


    1. On a plate, place one slice of cheese then tomato and repeat with 4 slices each
    2. Garnish with 4 basil leaves
    3. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil, mix well
    4. Taste and season with salt and pepper
    5. Drizzle dressing on top of tomatoes and mozzarella
    6. Take the rest of the cheese, tomatoes and and cut into large cubes
    7. Take the rest of the basil and cut into strips
    8. mix all ingredients together with the rest of your dressing.
    9. Lay mixture on the side of the slices of mozzarella and tomatoes
