Ingredients

• 1  Each Vine tomato

• 1  Each Fresh mozzarella in water

• 1  Table Spoon(s) Fresh basil (Chiffanode)

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Sea salt

• 1  Tea Spoon(s) olive oil
5
• 1  Tea Spoon(s) Balsamic Glaze

Directions

1. Slice tomato to 1/4 inch.
2. Slice fresh mozzarella to 1/4 inch.
3. Chiffanode basil.
4. Place tomato and mozzarella on serving plate, alternating between each.
5. drizzle olive oil.
6. drizzle balsamic glaze.
7. sprinkle sea salt evenly.
