Fresh Mozzarella Caprese

Description
This traditional appetizer is wonderful on a hot summer day. Light and flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1 Each Vine tomato
- 1 Each Fresh mozzarella in water
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Fresh basil (Chiffanode)
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Sea salt
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) olive oil
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Balsamic Glaze
Directions
- Slice tomato to 1/4 inch.
- Slice fresh mozzarella to 1/4 inch.
- Chiffanode basil.
- Place tomato and mozzarella on serving plate, alternating between each.
- drizzle olive oil.
- drizzle balsamic glaze.
- sprinkle sea salt evenly.
