- 2 Cup(s) Calamari Rings
- 1 Cup(s) Flour
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Salt
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Pepper
- 1 Cup(s) Asian Dipping Sauce
- Season calamari with salt and pepper.
- In a colender, toss calamari with flour shaking out any excess flour.
- In a deep dryer, heat oil to 375.
- Fry calamari for 45 seconds - 1 minute.
- Strain calamari then toss in 1/2 cup sweet Asian sauce to coat.
- Plate with remaining sweet Asian sauce on the side for dipping.
