A healthy meal of fresh cod, fruits and nuts, lots of omega 3's! You can serve it with Cous Cous, Rocket salad and Lobster sauce.

Directions
- Dry cod and cover with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place on a hot grill; roughly 1 minute each side
- Remove from grill and place on a baking dish
- Place fruit wedges and nuts on top of the fillets
- Finish in the broiler for 5-6 minutes
