Description

Fun thing to do for kids, sandwich with a nice taste. How do we get children to taste new and healthy ingredients? Let your child make an innovative and fun recipe!


Ingredients

  • 1  Each Rye Brad, slice
  • 1
  • 1  Each Multi-Grain Bread, slice
  • 2
  • 1/3  Ounce(s) Weight Meat or Liver Pate
  • 3
  • 1  Each Banana
  • 4
  • 1/3  Cup(s) Blueberries
  • 5
  • 2  Each Cheese, slices
  • 6
  • 2  Each Iceberg Lettuce
  • 7
  • ¼  Each Cucumber
  • 8

Directions

    1. Smear both bread with meat, cut thin slices of banana on top and finish with rye bread
    2. With a pastry cutter, cut shapes
    3. Wrap in plastic wrap
    4. Roll the Iceberg, cheese and cucumber (could be bell pepper)
    5. Blueberries are said have a particularly good performance of antioxidants and should have a good effect on the cerebellum for children in lessons or in game
