This is a base seasoning mix that can make many Asian style preparations. It sets the base for many Asian dishes.


  • ½  Cup(s) Ginger, peeled
  • 1
  • ½  Cup(s) Garlic, peeled
  • 2
  • ½  Cup(s) Scallion, chopped white parts

    1. Peel and clean all ingredients
    2. Place all ingredients into food processor
    3. Pulse until all are consistent in size
