Description
Grated Daikon and Turnips cooked down with honey and cayenne pepper. Great accompaniment for duck and pork. A little Sweet and Spicy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Pound(s) Daikon
- 2 Each Turnips, medium
- 1/2 Cup(s) Honey
- 1/2 Cup(s) Water
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Cayenne Pepper
- 1 To Taste Salt, kosher
- 3 Table Spoon(s) Ginger, fresh grated
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 To Taste Kosher Salt
