Description

This is a sweet maple syrup vinaigrette. Goes well with salads that contain cheese and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 1/4  Cup(s) Champagne Vinegar
  • 1
  • 1  Each Shallot, peeled
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Vermont Maple Syrup
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 4
  • 3/4  Cup(s) Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5
  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 6

Directions

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender except oil, blend until smooth
    2. Slowly add olive oil until incorporated
    3. Taste and eason with salt and pepper
