Description

A chopped herb condiment typically made of parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. There are many variations.

Ingredients

• 1  Each Lemon, zested

• 2  Table Spoon(s) Flat Leaf Parsley, finely sliced

• 2  Each Garlic Cloves

Directions

1. Run garlic through a micro plane or grater
2. Combine lemon zest, parsley and garlic, mix well
3. If it is too thick for your liking you can add a touch of olive oil
