Grilled Baby Lamb Chops with Horse Radish Sauce

Description
Baby Lamb Chops marinated with dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary and black pepper then topped with a creamy horseradish sauce. Delicious!
Ingredients
- 9 Each Baby Lamb Chops
- 1 Cup(s) Dijon Mustard
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Garlic, chopped
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Rosemary, chopped
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Black Pepper, cracked
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Salt
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Blended Oil: Canola & Olive Oil
- As Needed Horseradish Sauce
Directions
- Put baby lamb chops in a large bowl
- Add dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, cracked black pepper and salt to bowl and combine
- Let lamb chops marinate for at least 5 hours and up to 24 hours
- Get your grill very hot
- Wipe down grill with blended olive oil
- Place chops meat side down on grill
- For medium rare, grill for 1 1/2 minutes on each side
- Remove lamb from grill and plate
- Top lamb with horseradish sauce and enjoy!
- 2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
- 2 Cup(s) Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup(s) Horseradish
- ½ Each Lemon, juiced
- 1 Pinch White Pepper
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Add mayo, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, white pepper and salt to a bowl and mix to combine
