Description

Baby Lamb Chops marinated with dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary and black pepper then topped with a creamy horseradish sauce. Delicious!


Ingredients

  • 9  Each Baby Lamb Chops
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Rosemary, chopped
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Black Pepper, cracked
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Blended Oil: Canola & Olive Oil
  • 7
  •  As Needed Horseradish Sauce
  • 8

Directions

    1. Put baby lamb chops in a large bowl
    2. Add dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, cracked black pepper and salt to bowl and combine
    3. Let lamb chops marinate for at least 5 hours and up to 24 hours
    4. Get your grill very hot
    5. Wipe down grill with blended olive oil
    6. Place chops meat side down on grill
    7. For medium rare, grill for 1 1/2 minutes on each side
    8. Remove lamb from grill and plate
    9. Top lamb with horseradish sauce and enjoy!

    Horseradish Sauce

    Ingredients

  • 2 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 2 Cup(s) Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Horseradish
  • ½ Each Lemon, juiced
  • 1 Pinch White Pepper
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Directions

    1. Add mayo, sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, white pepper and salt to a bowl and mix to combine
