Grilled Chicken with an Indian Twist

A great Indian twist on grilled chicken, full of taste!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound(s) Chicken Breast, cut into kebab size pieces
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Garlic Paste
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Garam Masala
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Cumin Powder
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Cayenne Powder
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Fenugreek Powder
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
- ½ Each Green Bell Pepper, cut into kebab size pieces
- ½ Each Onion, cut into kebab size pieces
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Yogurt, plain
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch Salt
- 1 Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
- As Needed Fresh Lime Juice (for garnish)
- As Needed Butter, melted (for garnish)
- As Needed Mango Powder (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Place chicken in a bowl, season with salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, cayenne powder and fenugreek powder
- Add garlic paste, olive oil, lemon juice and cilantro, mix well
- Add green pepper and onion to the bowl and mix well
- Add yogurt and mix well, let marinate for a few hours for maximum taste
- Skewer chicken then vegetable and repeat
- Pour oil into a saute pan and heat
- Add kebabs to pan
- Cook chicken until it is golden brown, ensure your chicken is cooked through
- Add cilantro for garnish and drizzle with fresh lime, butter and mango powder. Enjoy!
