Description

Worchestire and Garlic Marinated Flank Steak served with grilled Vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Truffle Oil

  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Worchestire Sauce

  • 2  Each Garlic Cloves, sliced thin

  • 1 1/2  Pound(s) Flank Steak
  • 4
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Chives, chopped

  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Stilton Cheese Sauce

  • 1  As Needed Vegetables for Grilling (Peppers, Onions, Scallions)

  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Dried Onion Flakes
  • 9
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Dried Garlic Flakes

  • 1  Pinch Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1  Pinch Paprika, smoked

Directions

    1. Mix portioned meat with all ingredients except for cheese sauce and grilled vegetables
    2. Let marinate for 30 minutes
    3. grill for about 4 minutes on each side
    4. Let rest for 5 minutes
    5. Slice and garnish with grilled peppers, onions, and scallions
    6. Serve over baby spinach and top with Stilton cheese sauce
