Portobello mushrooms grilled and topped with mozzarella. A nice and healthy summer appetizer.

Each Portabella Mushrooms

Each Mozzarella Slices

To Taste Red Pepper, grilled

To Taste Salt & Pepper

As Needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

As Needed Balsamic Vinegar

Directions
- Peel away skin of the mushroom and remove stem
- Marinate in olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill both sides for a total of 10 minutes
- Place portabella mushroom on a plate with slices of fresh mozzarella and grilled red peppers
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- season with salt and pepper to taste
