Description

Light and tasty summer seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 4  Each Salmon Filets
  • 1
  • 3  Cup(s) Arugula
  • 2
  • 3/4  Cup(s) Bruschetta
  • 3
  •  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 4
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Balsamic Reduction
  • 5
  • 2  Cup(s) Brown Rice, cooked
  • 6

Directions

    1. Season salmon with salt and pepper
    2. Grill salmon skin side down for 3 minutes then flip and Grill for another 3 minutes or until salmon has reached desired texture
    3. Mix arugula and bruschetta and place on plate
    4. Place 1/2 cup rice and 2 pieces of salmon on each plate
