Pound(s) Rib Eye Steak

As Needed Kosher Salt & Course Black Pepper

Table Spoon(s) Butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Season steak liberally with salt and pepper
- Make sure grill is hot, brush clean and wipe with oil
- Place steak on grill, when marks are present turn 1/4 on same side
- When marks are seared in well, repeat on other side
- Place butter on top of each steak, finish in oven to desired doneness, 10 to 35 minutes
- Let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving
