My favorite way to cook a thick rib eye steak. Perfectly seasoned simple and delicious


  • 2  Pound(s) Rib Eye Steak
  • 1
  •  As Needed Kosher Salt & Course Black Pepper
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 3


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
    2. Season steak liberally with salt and pepper
    3. Make sure grill is hot, brush clean and wipe with oil
    4. Place steak on grill, when marks are present turn 1/4 on same side
    5. When marks are seared in well, repeat on other side
    6. Place butter on top of each steak, finish in oven to desired doneness, 10 to 35 minutes
    7. Let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving
