Ingredients

  • 2  Cup(s) Water
  • 1
  • 2  Cup(s) Half & Half
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter, melted
  • 3
  • 1 ½  Cup(s) Grits
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 5

Directions

    1. Mix water and Half & Half in a pot and bring to boil
    2. Add the melted butter and bring to boil
    3. Add grits and stir constantly
    4. When grits have thickened (roughly 2 minutes) lower the temperature
    5. Add butter and cook on medium to low heat for roughly 4 minutes
