Description

Crispy and crunchy sea bass that just melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Chilean Sea Bass Filet
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Fresh Parsley
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Fresh Thyme
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Fresh Oregano
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Scallion, chopped
  • 6
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Soy Oil or any neutral oil
  • 7
  • 1  Each Lemon, juiced
  • 8
  •  To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

    1. Grind up fresh herbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs in a food processor thoroughly
    2. Add the rest of the bread crumbs to the food processor and pulse a few times
    3. Season the sea bass with salt and pepper
    4. Dredge the fish on one side in the herbal bread crumb mix
    5. Sear fish on bread crumb side in oil until golden brown and still see a greenish color
    6. Finish the sea bass in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes
    7. Plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top to finish
