Cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs

Directions
- Grind up fresh herbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs in a food processor thoroughly
- Add the rest of the bread crumbs to the food processor and pulse a few times
- Season the sea bass with salt and pepper
- Dredge the fish on one side in the herbal bread crumb mix
- Sear fish on bread crumb side in oil until golden brown and still see a greenish color
- Finish the sea bass in the oven at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes
- Plate and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top to finish
