How to make homemade mayonnaise. Easy and versatile. Emulsion of egg yolks and oil that you can add any flavor to from lemon to garlic or any herbs you wish.


  • 2  Each Egg Yolks

  • 10  Fluid ounce(s) Oil, neutral blend
  • 2
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 4
  • 1  To Taste Kosher Salt
  • 5
  • 1  To Taste Pepper

    1. In a stainless steel bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vinegar and mustard
    2. Slowly whisk in the oil in a steady stream until the mayonnaise thickens
    3. Season with salt and pepper
    4. Keep refrigerated until ready to use
