Description

Wonderful appetizer! hot artichoke dip you bake in oven until golden brown and ready to serve.


Ingredients

  • 4  Each Artichokes, in water (canned)
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Mayonnaise
  • 2
  • 1  Cup(s) Sour Cream
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Cajun Seasoning
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Hot Sauce
  • 6
  • 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 7
  • 1  Cup(s) Cheddar
  • 8
  • 1  Cup(s) Mozzarella
  • 9
  • 1  Cup(s) Parmesan (a little less for spreading on top)

  •  As Needed Fresh Lime Juice

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Drain then chop artichokes into quarters
    3. Place artichokes in mixing bowl
    4. Add mayo, sour cream, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and fresh lime juice
    5. mix well, taste to adjust seasonings
    6. Lay out in a baking pan and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
    7. Roast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
    8. Enjoy!
