Cup(s) Parmesan (a little less for spreading on top)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Drain then chop artichokes into quarters
- Place artichokes in mixing bowl
- Add mayo, sour cream, seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and fresh lime juice
- mix well, taste to adjust seasonings
- Lay out in a baking pan and sprinkle with remaining parmesan
- Roast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown on top
