Description

This is a delicious homemade Hot Fudge. It can go on any type of dessert. Yummy!


Ingredients

  • 12  Ounce(s) Weight Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • 1
  • 8  Ounce(s) Weight Butter, unsalted
  • 2
  • 2 2/3  Cup(s) Water
  • 3
  • 3  Cup(s) White Sugar
  • 4
  • 1  Cup(s) Cocoa Powder
  • 5
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Corn Syrup, dark
  • 6
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 7
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Salt
  • 8

Directions

    1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil
    2. Add chocolate and cocoa powder, melt and blend
    3. Once melted and blended, mix in remaining ingredients except vanilla
    4. Stir up really well to a smooth consistency
    5. Let simmer for 10 minutes, cut off heat and add vanilla extract
    6. Give one last mix then strain through a fine chinoise
