How to Bake a Potato

Proper technique for a perfectly baked potato every time. Easy and delicious. Great for a starch with an entree or top with cheese and vegetables for a lunch or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 Each Potato
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1 As Needed Kosher Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Wash the potato and lightly poke wholes in the skin
- Rub potato with vegetable oil and place on a bed of salt
- Bake inĀ oven for 1 hour
- Check potato by placing knife in middle it should come out with no resistance
