Description

Proper technique for a perfectly baked potato every time. Easy and delicious. Great for a starch with an entree or top with cheese and vegetables for a lunch or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1  Each Potato
  • 1
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2
  • 1  As Needed Kosher Salt
  • 3

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Wash the potato and lightly poke wholes in the skin
    3. Rub potato with vegetable oil and place on a bed of salt
    4. Bake inĀ oven for 1 hour
    5. Check potato by placing knife in middle it should come out with no resistance
