Description

Eggs (typically chickens' eggs) are cooked by immersion in boiling water with their shells unbroken.

Directions

    1. Bring water to a rollling boil.
    2. Add eggs to the pot with a spoon or tongs.
    3. Cook in a rolling boil for 15 to 18 minutes for hard boiled egg.
    4. Turn off heat and add ice to pot to make a ice bath to cool the eggs.
