Ingredients

  • 1  Cup(s) quinoa
  • 1
  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) water
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) onions
  • 3
  • 2  Each garlic cloves
  • 4
  • 1  To Taste salt and pepper
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) olive oil
  • 6

Directions

    1. Place oil in pan and sweat out diced onions.
    2. Then add garlic cloves until you can smell the aroma.
    3. Add the water and bring to boil.
    4. Add quinoa and set at a simmer.
    5. Cover and let cook until tender 15 to 25 minutes.
