A perfect breakfast with eggs or a bagel and cream cheese. You can also use this in a canape or just on a piece of toast.



    1. Flip fish skin side up
    2. Using a knife, cut 4 - 5 gashes along the fish
    3. Rub salt and brown sugar all over fish
    4. Refrigerate overnight
    5. Once ready to serve, slice salmon thin
