Directions

1. Place the mango stem side down, seed is in the middle.
2. Place knife about a ¼ of inch away from the center and cut straight down, then repeat on the other side.
3. With your knife score the inside of the half pieces in both directions (crisscross pattern). Then invert the mango and cut out the cube pieces with your knife.
