How to make different types of foams or airs. This is the recipe for a soy ginger foam and a chocolate foam.


Ingredients

  • 6  Fluid ounce(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1
  • 1  Fluid ounce(s) Water
  • 2
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Lime Zest
  • 3
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Ginger, grated
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Soy Lecithin
  • 5

Directions

    1. Mix together the soy, water, lime zest and ginger
    2. Add in the soy lecithin, Mix it in thoroughly
    3. Start to aerate and spoon off the foam

    Chocolate Foam

    Ingredients

  • 5 Fluid ounce(s) Milk
  • 1 Fluid ounce(s) Chocolat Sauce
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Soy Lecithin
  • Directions

    1. Mix together the milk and chocolate sauce
    2. Add in the soy lecithin, mix it in thoroughly
    3. Start to aerate and spoon off the foam
