Directions
- Cut off the ends of the mango.
- Cut the skin off the mango going in one direction.
- Bring knife down 1/4 inch off center to cut all flesh off the pit.
- Repeat on other side and on the sides.
- Eat the fruit off the pit and enjoy the rest of your mango.
