Easy way to peel a Pepper.


Ingredients

Directions

    1. After roasting your red pepper immediately place it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 5 minutes, this helps to create steam. Then with your hands peal the skin, it should come right off. After your done dip in water to clean off.
