•  As Needed Bell Peppers

•  As Needed Oil to coat peppers

Directions

1. Coat peppers with oil.
2. Apply heat to peppers with burner or grill until black.
3. Cover and let steam.
4. Scrape off skin of pepper and deseed. roasted pepper
5. Marinate with olive oil and garlic or use in any preparation you desire.
