Pound(s) Turkey, bag removed, washed, pat dry

Cup(s) Olive Oil

As Needed Lawry's Seasoning Salt (to Season entire turkey)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Rub 1 cup of olive oil all over turkey
- Season turkey liberally with Lawry's seasoning salt
- Take the neck bone and place on roasting pan that turkey will roast in
- Place turkey over neck bone
- Add olive oil and 1 cup of chicken stock to roasting pan
- roast in oven for 40 minutes
- Remove from oven and tilt pan to let juices run to one side, baste turkey with juices
- Place back in oven and check turkey after 25 minutes to baste again
- Cover turkey with aluminum foil to create a tent in the roasting pan
- roast for another 20 minutes then remove and baste again
- Add another cup of chicken stock to roasting pan
- Cover turkey up with foil again and roast for another 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and check temperature with an internal thermometer, the temperature should be at 165 degrees, check in a few different spots on the turkey to make sure it is evenly cooked
- Once it has reached 165 degrees the turkey is done
- Reserve all pan liquids for turkey gravy
