Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil (for cooking fish)

As Needed Salt and pepper

Directions
- Season salmon with salt & pepper
- Dredge one side of the salmon in the panko mixture
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Sear salmon on breaded side until golden brown then turn over
- Place salmon in oven for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees
- When finished plate up and drizzle with Lemon Butter Sauce
