Unique & delicious lemon basil panko crusted salmon served with a traditional lemon white wine butter sauce is a must try.


  • 2  Each Salmon Filets
  • 1
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil (for cooking fish)
  • 2
  •  As Needed Salt and pepper
  • 3


    1. Season salmon with salt & pepper
    2. Dredge one side of the salmon in the panko mixture
    3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
    4. Sear salmon on breaded side until golden brown then turn over
    5. Place salmon in oven for 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees
    6. When finished plate up and drizzle with Lemon Butter Sauce

    Lemon Butter Sauce


  • 3 Table Spoon(s) White Wine
  • 1 Table Spoon(s) Shallots, Minced
  • 4 Table Spoon(s) Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Fluid ounce(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Table Spoon(s) Flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • To Taste Salt and pepper
  • Directions

    1. In a saute pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter
    2. Add shallots and saute until translucent
    3. Deglaze pan with white wine and lemon juice
    4. Let reduce a bit
    5. Finish with 2 tablespoons of butter and flat leaf parsley
    6. Taste and season with salt & pepper

    Lemon Basil Crust


  • 1/4 Cup(s) Basil, Packed
  • 1 Cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Each Lemons, Zested
  • Directions

    1. In a food processor, pulse 1/2 cup of bread crumbs together with basil and lemon zest
    2. Add to a mixing bowl then mix together with the other 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
