Description

This lemon marinade great for Chicken and Fish.


Ingredients

  • 1  Cup(s) Fresh lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
  • 1
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Olive oil
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Chopped Rosemary
  • 3
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Minced Garlic
  • 4
  •  To Taste Sea salt
  • 5
  •  To Taste Pepper
  • 6

Directions

    1. Squeeze lemons into blender.
    2. Add garlic.
    3. Turn on Blender, add olive oil until infused.
    4. Add rosemary.
    5. Salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Place in a container and refridgerate.
    7. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    8. Marinades about 6 - 8 Pieces of chicken.
    9. I have found over the years, it is best to Marinade in a zip lock bag.
