This is a Basic Lemon Vinaigrette that will go great with any salad. Chef Jose uses it on his Shrimp and Avocado Salad.
- 10 Fluid ounce(s) Olive Oil
- 2 Fluid ounce(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Fluid ounce(s) White Wine Vinegar
- ½ Table Spoon(s) Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 Pinch Oregano, dried
- To Taste Salt and Pepper
