Description

This is a Basic Lemon Vinaigrette that will go great with any salad. Chef Jose uses it on his Shrimp and Avocado Salad.

Ingredients

• 10  Fluid ounce(s) Olive Oil

• 2  Fluid ounce(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
2
• 2  Fluid ounce(s) White Wine Vinegar
3
• ½ one_half Table Spoon(s) Whole Grain Mustard

• 1  Pinch Oregano, dried

•  To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients except for oil in a bowl
2. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking briskly
3. Taste and season if necessary
