A quick and easy Italian staple. Saute garlic in oil then finish with linguine, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Each Garlic Cloves, minced

To Taste Salt & Pepper

To Taste Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped

To Taste Parmesan Cheese, grated (for garnish)

Directions
- Boil pasta in water
- 2 - 3 minutes before pasta is done cooking, add olive oil to a hot saute pan
- Add garlic cloves, lightly toast being careful not to burn
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley
- Add reserved pasta water and mix
- Strain pasta and add to garlic and oil
- Toss together to combine
- Plate up and finish with parsley and Parmesan cheese
