Description

A quick and easy Italian staple. Saute garlic in oil then finish with linguine, parsley and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Pound(s) Linguine Pasta
  • 1
  • 4  Fluid ounce(s) Reserved Pasta Water
  • 2
  • 6  Fluid ounce(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3
  • 5  Each Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 4
  •  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 5
  •  To Taste Fresh Italian Parsley, finely chopped
  • 6
  •  To Taste Parmesan Cheese, grated (for garnish)

Directions

    1. Boil pasta in water
    2. 2 - 3 minutes before pasta is done cooking, add olive oil to a hot saute pan
    3. Add garlic cloves, lightly toast being careful not to burn
    4. Season with salt, pepper and parsley
    5. Add reserved pasta water and mix
    6. Strain pasta and add to garlic and oil
    7. Toss together to combine
    8. Plate up and finish with parsley and Parmesan cheese
