Linguine with Shrimp and 3 Sauces

Description
This is a quick and delicious dish that will wow your friends and family. Linguine served with delicate sauteed shrimp and 3 different sauces. Cream sauce, Tomato sauce, and an Herb Cream sauce. Check out how Chef Matt displays this great dish.
Ingredients
- 4 Ounce(s) Weight Linguine, cooked al dente
- 4 Each Jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Oil
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Tarragon, fresh
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Thyme, fresh
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Rosemary, fresh
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup(s) Marinara Sauce
- 1 Cup(s) Cream
- 1 ½ Table Spoon(s) Garlic and Herb Butter
- 2 Table Spoon(s) Parmesan, grated
- 1 To Taste Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Clean and devein shrimp
- In a bowl, marinate shrimp with 1 tablespoon of oil, fresh herbs and garlic
- Heat up the marinara sauce
- Heat up and reduce half of the cream and mix in the parmesan cheese
- In a different pot, heat up the other half of the cream and mix in the Garlic & Herb Butter, do not bring to a boil
- Season the marinated shrimp with salt and pepper
- Cook on all sides until fully cooked
- Toss the pasta with the cream and cheese sauce
- Roll up linguini with a long fork and place in the middle of the plate
- Plate the marinara sauce to one side of the plate and the herb sauce on the other side
- Top the linguine with the shrimp and garnish with basil
- Serve and enjoy!
