Description

Lobster corn dogs - A fun hors d'oeuvre for your next cocktail party! Lobster sausage fried in Chef Brad's corndog batter then served with a delicious white wine grain mustard sauce for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1  Each Lobster Sausage, cut into 2" pieces
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Flour (for dredging)
  • 2
  • 2  Cup(s) Corn Dog Batter
  • 3
  • 1  Quart(s) Neutral Oil (for frying)
  • 4
  •  As Needed White Wine Whole Grain Mustard Sauce

Directions

    1. Skewer each lobster piece
    2. Dredge lobster sausage pieces in flour then cover in corn dog batter
    3. Slowly place in 360 degree oil and fry for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown
    4. Serve with white wine whole grain mustard
