Description

Macaroni & Cheese with lobster, saffron and truffle oil, an impressive and elegant dish for your next dinner party.


Ingredients

  • 4  Cup(s) Fusilli Pasta, cooked al dente
  • 1
  • 1  Cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 2
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
  • 3
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) White Wine
  • 4
  •  Pinch Saffron
  • 5
  • 4  Ounce(s) Weight Lobster Tail Meat, pre-cooked
  • 6
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 7
  •  To Taste White Truffle Oil
  • 8

Directions

    1. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add white wine & saffron
    2. Add heavy cream, cheese, salt & pepper, bring to simmer & let reduce
    3. Place the pasta in pan, mix until fully coated
    4. Add chopped lobster meat
    5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
    6. Place pasta mixture into serving bowl and top with bread crumbs
    7. Drizzle with white truffle oil and serve
