Directions
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add white wine & saffron
- Add heavy cream, cheese, salt & pepper, bring to simmer & let reduce
- Place the pasta in pan, mix until fully coated
- Add chopped lobster meat
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Place pasta mixture into serving bowl and top with bread crumbs
- Drizzle with white truffle oil and serve
