Description

Jumbo shrimp sauteed in an authentic Louisiana style barbecue sauce. Serve with a biscuit and enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 7  Each Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 2
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3
  •  As Needed Salt & Pepper
  • 4
  •  As Needed Parsley, dried
  • 5
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Garlic, minced
  • 6
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Rosemary, fresh
  • 7
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Butter
  • 8
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Beer
  • 9
  • ¼  Tea Spoon(s) Heavy Cream
  • 10

Directions

    1. In a hot pan, add oil and coat pan
    2. Once hot, add shrimp, sear one side, once shrimp tail is pink, season side with salt, pepper and parsley
    3. Flip shrimp over and season on other side
    4. Add garlic and let brown a bit
    5. Add worcestershire sauce and rosemary and toss to mix
    6. Add butter then beer
    7. toss to incorporate and to melt butter
    8. Add heavy cream and lower heat
    9. Taste and season if necessary
