Cup(s) Worcestershire Sauce

Directions
- In a hot pan, add oil and coat pan
- Once hot, add shrimp, sear one side, once shrimp tail is pink, season side with salt, pepper and parsley
- Flip shrimp over and season on other side
- Add garlic and let brown a bit
- Add worcestershire sauce and rosemary and toss to mix
- Add butter then beer
- toss to incorporate and to melt butter
- Add heavy cream and lower heat
- Taste and season if necessary
