Fried Idaho potatoes sauteed with mushrooms, sausage, shallots and garlic. A quick and delicious side dish for any meat or fish.

Ounce(s) Weight Idaho Potatoes, cubed

Ounce(s) Weight Andouille Sausage, diced

Ounce(s) Weight Cremini Mushrooms, sliced

Ounce(s) Weight Garlic, Shallots, Parsley Mix, minced

As Needed Oil, for frying

Table Spoon(s) Butter

Directions
- Fry potatoes in oil at 350 degrees for 2 minutes until golden brown
- Add butter to a saute pan on medium high heat
- Add mushrooms and sausage and saute, rendering out some fat from the sausage, about 2 - 3 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Remove potatoes from oil and add to saute pan
- Add shallot garlic parsley mix
- saute for 30 - 45 seconds
- Serve and enjoy
