Description

This a simple and easy Low Fat Chicken Salad. Great for any sandwich or garden salad.


Ingredients

  • 1  Pound(s) Boneless Chicken Breast, trimmed
  • 1
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Plain Yogurt, nonfat
  • 2
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Mayonnaise, low fat
  • 3
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Onion Powder
  • 4
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Celery, small dice
  • 5
  • 1  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 6

Directions

    1. Cut chicken and into 1" cubes
    2. Place in boiling water until fully cooked
    3. Drain chicken and shock in ice water
    4. Mix chicken with the rest of ingredients
    5. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper
    6. If you prefer it less chunky, break chicken up with spoon or hands
