This a simple and easy Low Fat Chicken Salad. Great for any sandwich or garden salad.

Pound(s) Boneless Chicken Breast, trimmed

Table Spoon(s) Plain Yogurt, nonfat

Table Spoon(s) Mayonnaise, low fat

one_half Tea Spoon(s) Onion Powder

Cup(s) Celery, small dice

To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions
- Cut chicken and into 1" cubes
- Place in boiling water until fully cooked
- Drain chicken and shock in ice water
- Mix chicken with the rest of ingredients
- Taste and adjust with salt and pepper
- If you prefer it less chunky, break chicken up with spoon or hands
