This teriyaki sauce uses maple syrup instead of sugar and a wheat-free soy sauce which makes it gluten-free. It is perfect for stir fry's, or sauce for tofu, chicken, brown rice or meat.


  • 1  Cup(s) Saki

  • 1/2  Cup(s) Maple Syrup
  • 2
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Tamari Soy Sauce (wheat-free soy Sauce)

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Plum Vinegar
  • 4
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) Hot Sesame Oil

    1. Add sake to a pot
    2. Whisk in maple syrup, soy sauce, plum vinegar
    3. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes, whisking from time to time
    4. Bring off the heat then add sesame oil and Whisk in
    5. Enjoy!
